Agent Membership
To keep things simple Agents have just one level of membership available to them, which affords them the luxury of listing unlimited properties with us. The term agent applies to any individual or company that is selling a property or number of properties for commercial gain and/or as part of their business and as a service extended to a private householder or other third party client. The Spanish Property Shop Online's pricing is structured as follows:- Free Setup Note* When registering Agents will be required to enter credit card details though this card will not be charged until the Agents's three month trial has finished and the Agent's account is activated fully. The agent's regular monthly payment will then activate at the beginning of the 4th month and will continue indefinitely until such time as the agent's membership is cancelled or terminated. Note* A reminder email will be sent approximately 14 days before the end of the Agent's trial period to notify them that the trial period is indeed coming to an end and payments are about to start. If the agent decides not to proceed with membership at the end of the free trial period then they can cancel and payment will not activate.
This represents a 100% no risk 3 month test drive of the service!
Agent Levels FREE SETUP Monthly Plans £99.00 + VAT per month. This entitles the agent to list unlimited properties.
DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIP
Developers/builders have just one level applicable to them and will be charged on a per development basis rather than a per property basis. Pricing for developers/builders is as follows:- Free Setup Monthly Fee £99.00 + VAT - This entitles the developer to list 1 development. For each development there will and an additional charge of £99.00 per month + VAT for as long as the development is listed on the www.spanishpropertyshoponline.com
HOMEOWNER/PRIVATE SALE
Setup Fee - Not applicable Listing Charge: £99.00 + VAT (Once off charge) This entitles the Homeowner/private seller to list one property only until either sold or withdrawn from sale. If the private seller lists another property then there will be an additional charge of £99.00 + VAT for that property until sold. There is a maximum of 2 properties that can be listed at any one time by any member on this membership level. If the member is registered as a private seller and has more than 2 properties to be listed then they must upgrade their membership to that of an agent in order to list the extra property/properties. Note* This membership plan is not available to anyone who is selling a property for commercial gain and/or as part of their business. This is for private sellers only and if anyone is found to be misusing the service or misrepresenting their status when applying for membership of www.spanishpropertyshoponline.com they may have their membership terminated immediately and without any refund. Bulk Upload Facilities are available upon registration.
